e9 Final Project

• My team name was BARM which was an acronym for all of the members first initial. Our product was an app called Quickline. This app helps customers at grocery stores to get through the line faster.

• My group worked really well on collaborating . We worked together well and came up with really good ideas. We also helped each other a lot. Whenever one of the members in out group needed help someone would help them.

• I think our group struggled with time management and dividing the work load equally. Some members did not have anything to do at times while others were struggling to finish the project in time. Also we had to come in after school a couple times to finish the projects we did not finish.

• The next project I will definitely get everyone involved into the project.  Also come up with better ideas for the product itself.

• If I was going to change anything I would probably change the product itself. Once we got further into the project I realized that making an app is really difficult and the app idea itself was not very good.

• I think I improved my e-Comm skills overall. I refreshed my memory on how to use all the software and got better at everything. I also got better at working well with others.

• For this project I made the coupon and I made the wall in the animation. I also put everyone's sketchup objects into the animation and made the scenes.
