In Graphic Design we have worked for a couple of weeks to make an infographic. I got some inspiration for my infographic topic while looking at graphics online. I wanted to use the color blue for the text bubbles because that is what it looks like on apple products. I then decided to stick with a blue, black, and grey color theme. I started off researching on a couple of websites and from there I narrowed my topic down to 6 key points that I wanted to include in the graphic. I wanted layout my idea on a piece of paper before I jumped right in to Illustrator. I made a wireframe but I had flexibility going in to Illustrator and had an idea that I may have to change a few things around. I first had my brain in the top right corner but then I decided to shift that down a bit. I also had my Millennials vs. Seniors graph smaller and shifted to the left corner. When I started laying everything out in Illustrator I decided to make a few changes. When I finally got finished with my infographic this was my result...but it had not gone through critics yet.
When my infographic got to critics a few people suggested that I make my text more professional and less childish. After a few changes this was my final result.
Overall I had a really fun experience making an infographic and I have multiple ideas for other infographics topics. I am really excited to make more infographics!
