I chose this topic because I wanted to become more informed on modernism and what this movement was about and learn about famous work from this era. I looked up some work from this work before I chose this topic and I really liked the work. In my research I talked about the history, some famous works, the influence, and modernism as a whole. For my sketches I looked up some inspiration on the internet and tried to recreate the art in my own way with some added information on it. This process of making this poster was fairly simple. I rotated the squares at different angles and added two thick lines across the poster. I then added all the information and added a big title. Overall I enjoyed creating a poster and I will continue to use the poster rules in my next future posters.
