My First Music Video

For this assignment we were required to make a music video with classmates that we have never worked with before. We all had to agree on a song with a good bat.We decided on a song and had to make a rough beat sheet, storyboard, and had to do some research on music videos and the song itself. I learned how to edit songs to the beat and I also learned how to compose a couple new shots including pan, dolly zoom, and the tilt. I also learned that good music videos cannot be edited in a week. I should have allowed myself more time to edit the music video. I would have come up with a better story for my music video. this story is just a bit random and doesn't have a message. I will continue to sync my music videos to the beat because I think it adds a smooth flow to the video. I will continue to work with my peers because we all had multiple ideas and created a story. I enjoyed making this music video but I prefer making convergence videos.
